The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role

Joining the dynamic London office, the successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will oversee landmark industrial and logistics projects valued up to £200m, using their expertise to drive results and maintain exceptional client relationships. The Ideal Associate Quantity Surveyor

The consultancy is searching for an accomplished professional with:

  • MRICS qualification (preferred).
  • Strong background in one or more sectors: industrial, logistics, or healthcare.
  • Masterplanning experience (advantageous).
  • Extensive pre- and post-contract knowledge.
  • Proven success in independently delivering high-quality projects.
  • Experience within a UK PQS / Consultancy environment.
