An exciting opportunity has emerged for a motivated and ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor to join a tier one, award-winning global Quantity Surveying Consultancy.

This well-established and rapidly growing firm is seeking a skilled professional to join their thriving Real Estate team in London by St Paul's Cathedral. If you're passionate about delivering excellence on high-profile projects and ready to make a meaningful impact, this role is perfect for you!

The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role within the Real Estate division, working on some of the most exciting and complex projects across various sectors, including Health, Developer, Higher Education, Residential, Data Centres, and Commercial, with project values reaching up to 300m.

You'll collaborate closely with the Directors and have the opportunity to lead a team, positioning yourself to influence both the current and future success of the company. With a hybrid working environment (2-3 days a week in the office), you'll enjoy flexibility and autonomy in managing projects while contributing to the growth and success of this prestigious consultancy.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will be hands-on, driving projects from cradle to grave as well as working within dynamic teams on a number of exciting schemes circa 100m - 300m. You will also have:

  • MRICS ideally or currently working towards
  • A RICS accredited degree qualification
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
  • Strong pre and post contract knowledge
  • Previous experience managing junior team members
  • Excellent communication skills and client facing
  • A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
