The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role

As part of a team of 15, you'll lead a range of high-profile projects across diverse sectors, including luxury residential, hotels, commercial offices, healthcare, and student accommodation.
With projects ranging from 1m to 100m+, every day will bring something new. You'll be hands-on with a variety of exciting UK and international projects, managing pre- and post-contract stages, working closely with clients, and mentoring junior team members. The Associate Quantity Surveyor
- Client-focused professional with strong leadership qualities
- MRICS ideally or currently working towards
- Comprehensive experience in managing both pre- and post-contract stages
- Strong Quantity Surveying background in UK consultancy /PQS environments
- A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
- Dynamic and driven in nature
- Ideally a client base / the desire to generate income via new contacts / business development
