A UK top 150 consultancy is looking to strengthen their team with the addition of a Chartered Building Surveyor.
The multi-discipline practice provides a comprehensive range of construction advice across the built environment. They operate in several sectors which include commercial, residential, industrial, education, healthcare and motorsport. The consultancy division is currently leading schemes in London and surrounding home counties. The workload is diverse across the professional and project disciplines, typical values range from 200k to 3million.
The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will come from a proven consultancy background. You will have experience in delivering high levels of services and manage multiple programmes. As this is a client facing role you will need to be confident and have strong interpersonal skills as you will liaise with important stakeholders.

Chartered Building Surveyor
- BSc in Building Surveying
- MRICS qualified
- Strong technical knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
