We are currently representing a well established consultancy who are seeking an experienced Chartered or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile projects across a diverse range of sectors, including commercial, residential and industrial developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of quantity surveying services from pre-contract through to post-contract stages.
  • Provide accurate cost estimates, financial reporting, and advice to clients and project teams.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, offering guidance on complex issues and ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered within budget and on time, identifying and mitigating risks as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Chartered status (MRICS) or significant relevant experience in a senior QS role.
  • Proven experience in managing a variety of projects across different sectors.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Excellent understanding of cost management, project lifecycle, and procurement strategies.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
