Cobalt is working with a Global Tier one contractor that have an exciting opportunity for a commercial manager to work on multimillion-pound health care schemes in London.

Remuneration

Up to £90,000 + package

The Role

You will:

• Prepare Commercial reports for tenders

• Actively participate in the implementation of project commercial start up procedures

• Maximise cash flow through timely preparation of valuations, submissions of invoices and receipts of payment

• Monitoring resources and costs to ensure the project meets or exceeds targets

Requirements

• Experience working on healthcare projects
• NEC Experience
• Commercial awareness
• Experience working for a major/tier one contractor
