A forward-thinking and entrepreneurial Construction Consultancy are in search of a knowledgeable and eager Construction Project Manager to join their London office and be a valuable addition to their team.
The Construction Project Manager Role
In this role, the Construction Project Manager will shoulder the responsibility of overseeing a portfolio of exciting and intricate projects spanning the entire UK. These projects primarily revolve around commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects, serving both occupier and investor clients.
The key objective for the successful Construction Project Manager will be to ensure the seamless delivery of projects, upholding the highest standards from initiation through to successful completion. This involves meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
The Construction Project Manager
- RICS, APM, CIOB accredited (desirable) or working towards
- Previous experience working for a construction consultancy
- Project management degree or equivalent to
- Proven track record across a variety of sectors within construction
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid full UK drivers licence
