The Construction Project Manager Role
The Construction Project Manager will take on a varied workload, primarily focusing on high-end development projects in the Commercial Offices, Retail, and Industrial sectors, typically ranging in value from 1-30m.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing maintenance contract specification and procurement.
- Conducting audits, monitoring, and planned maintenance reviews.
- Ensuring project excellence from inception to completion.
- Maintaining high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
The Construction Project Manager
The ideal candidate will have:
- An MSc/BSc Degree in Project Management or equivalent.
- Ideally MRICS qualified with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience.
- Proven diligence in managing complex projects within a Consultancy environment.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- A full driving license.
- A collaborative approach to teamwork and the capability to work effectively independently.
