Are you a Construction Project Manager or similar looking to be the go-to technical lead on a broad range of bespoke and specialist projects for a dynamic client base within a role offering the opportunity to play a pivotal part in the future success of a well-established subcontractor and to become a key member of the senior management team?
This well-established business are an industry leader in bespoke leisure projects, who offer a range of services including Private residential, Commercial, Hotel, Spa and Wellness. They have seen continual success to the point they now have a multi-million pound turnover and are now looking to grow their team with a new PM.
In this varied role you will be split between hybrid, office and site based managing your own day, handling a number of design and build construction projects from conception through to completion. You will be chairing meetings with clients and contractors, monitoring project progress, and dealing with site teams, in addition to undertaking procurement and office responsibilities.
This role would suit a Project Manager from a Construction or similar background looking to advance their career in a well-established company where you will have the autonomy to oversee prestigious and bespoke projects,
The Role:
* Running multiple bespoke leisure projects
* Procurement for projects
* Moving projects from design to construction stage
* Meetings with clients, contractors, internal departments
* Hybrid, site visits and office based
* Monday-Friday 9-5 (overtime if required to meet deadlines)
The Person:
* Construction Project Manager or similar
* Design and build background / experience
* Happy to cover sites in and around London
