A pioneering Construction Consultancy, known for its innovative approach, is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join their dynamic team in London.

The Construction Project Manager Role

The Construction Project Manager will play a critical role in:

• Overseeing intricate construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
• Managing projects across a variety of sectors, including public and private, providing a rich and diverse experience.
• Handling cutting-edge projects that may include remodelling, occasional new constructions, CAT A refurbishments, and CAT B occupier fit-outs.
• Leading the initial RIBA stages and undertaking strategic project planning to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Balancing office-based planning with on-site project management to guarantee smooth operations and excellence in project delivery.

The Construction Project Manager

• A preference for RICS accreditation or a clear intention to achieve this status, demonstrating a commitment to professional excellence in construction.
• A degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or Building Surveying, providing a solid educational foundation in the field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience within a Construction Consultancy, showcasing an understanding of the sector and its challenges.
• Extensive experience across various construction sectors, indicating versatility and adaptability in handling diverse projects.
• A valid UK driving licence, essential for effectively managing projects across different locations.
