Who we're looking for

We are seeking a motivated Delivery Manager to join one of the most innovative and award winning digital agencies in the UK in the delivery of cutting-edge digital products and experiences for globally recognized clients.

You should have demonstrable project management experience, while still eager to learn and refine your skills. You'll be well-versed in project governance, able to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to drive success.

A background in digital agencies or companies specializing in digital products is essential. You will be familiar with Agile methodologies, and also comfortable working on more traditional waterfall-style projects, particularly in design, research, and definition phases.

You'll work closely with internal teams, addressing blockers to maintain project momentum. You should also have a strong grasp of product development, including managing and prioritizing sprint backlogs, and be capable of collaborating with product owners and clients.

Governance and risk management are key to the role, so you'll need to be adept at tracking issues, maintaining a RAID log, and reporting on project status and budgets. Strong communication and leadership skills will be vital in ensuring your team can thrive.

You'll be a great fit for this role if:

  • You're dedicated to maintaining governance procedures to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • You have experience with keeping risk and issues logs, along with consistently providing status reports.
  • You've spent 2-4 years in delivery management or project coordination, specifically for digital product development.
  • You have a passion for understanding how digital products are designed.
  • You may not have been involved in product development, but you grasp its core concepts.
  • You are knowledgeable about Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum.
  • You've successfully managed teams through the processes of research, planning, and designing digital products.
  • You have a talent for planning, organizing, and keeping delivery plans up to date.
  • You're skilled at managing priorities and keeping tasks on track.
  • You've handled projects with budgets up to 500k, ensuring they're delivered on time and within scope.
  • You're comfortable presenting to clients and can develop strong relationships with them.
  • You communicate effectively, and people enjoy working with you.
  • You can motivate and support your team by being approachable and attentive.
  • You want to be part of a passionate and driven team that takes pride in the products they create.
  • You're a naturally outgoing person who enjoys building connections with others.
