An innovative, dynamic and market leading Construction Consultancy in London is looking to enhance their team with the addition of a client facing Divisional Director from a Quantity Surveying Quantity Surveying background.

The Divisional Director of Quantity Surveying Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a vibrant consultancy with 7 offices nationwide and over 30 globally.

Working across a broad range of sectors such as Affordable Housing, Government, Education, Health, Office, Hospitality, Private Residential, and Sport, creating an exciting environment for professional development, as well as variety within an interesting workload.

The incoming Divisional Director will be provided limitless opportunities for advancement, working closely alongside the Director & Partners. The London office is in need of a strong Director to set up, grow and lead the QS division, liaising closely with clients, building relationships and forging new workstreams.

This could be the ideal opportunity for an ambitious Senior or Associate Quantity Surveyor eager to take on more responsibility, someone who may have QS' they can bring with them, or someone who would find growing, building and leading a team rewarding.

The Divisional Director of Quantity Surveying

The new Divisional Director will be hands-on, client facing and come from a Consultancy Quantity Surveying background. Ideal experience includes:

  • A RICS Accredited degree qualification
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
  • Strong pre & post contract experience
  • Experience operating at a Senior level within a Consultancy QS role
  • Ideally MRICS qualified or currently working towards
  • Experience managing projects to completion and teams of junior surveyors is highly desirable
