A multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is looking for an experienced Employers Agent for their London office.
The role involves working in the housing sector as both a Quantity Surveyor and Employers Agent on various projects ranging from small developments of 10-15 houses to larger schemes of several hundred dwellings.
The successful candidate will also participate in new recladding projects recently acquired by the consultancy.
The position offers a salary between £55,000 and £70,000, along with a benefits package.
Candidates should have relevant experience in Employers Agent or Quantity Surveyor roles.

A multi-disciplinary construction consultancy with a long standing history of delivering meaningful public sector projects is seeking an experienced Employers Agent for their London office.

The Employers Agent role

The successful Employers Agent will be working within the housing sector, actively working as a Quantity Surveyor and Employers Agent across multiple schemes including those with 10 to 15 houses, up to several hundred dwellings.

The successful Employers Agent / Quantity Surveyor will also be involved in an array of new recladding projects which they have recently secured.
