The Role:

We are seeking an ambitious and drivenEstimatorwith the ability to price up to four projects a month, or an experiencedQuantity Surveyor(QS) who can confidently undertake estimating responsibilities for a few months before stepping into a quantity surveying role on the secured projects.

This is a pivotal role within the Commercial Team, focused on ensuring the financial success of high-end residential projects. You will analyse project specifications, prepare detailed cost estimates, and deliver accurate proposals, contributing to the seamless pre-construction process.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in estimating or quantity surveying within the Prime Residential sector (essential).
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and UK building regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with construction estimating software and MS Office Suite.
  • A driven, self-starting individual with a positive attitude and a focus on delivery.
