I have an exclusive position for an Estimator to join a Commercial fit-out company in London. You will have to be a fit, self-motivated individual who strives to be the best at what you do. You will play a crucial role in determining the project's cost, ensuring that bids are competitive and financially viable.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop project budgets based on estimates and provide cost information to project managers and clients.
- Prepare and submit competitive bids and tenders for fit-out projects.
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best possible deals.
- Identify potential risks and uncertainties associated with project costs and timelines.
- Suggest alternative materials or methods that can achieve cost savings.
- Monitor project costs against estimates and budgets, identifying any variances.
- Maintain comprehensive records of estimates, tender submissions, and correspondence with suppliers and subcontractors.
