- Manage MEP and vertical transportation costs across multiple projects
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and plans from RIBA stage 2 onwards
- Monitor and control project budgets
- Contract administration and negotiation
- Risk assessment and management
- Stakeholder collaboration and regular financial reporting
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Construction-related degree
- MRICS preferred (support provided for qualification)
- Pre and post-contract experience
- Experience in commercial, residential, education, or data centre sectors
- Previous consultancy experience strongly desired
