The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor )ideally with data centre experience). As part of the team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring projects are cost-effective and executed to the highest standards. You’ll collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to manage budgets, control costs, and help deliver projects on time and within budget. This is a fantastic opportunity for a QS looking to make an impact in a growing company with a reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, manage, and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and reports.
  • Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and risk management.
  • Evaluate and negotiate supplier and subcontractor pricing.
  • Assist in preparing tender documentation, bids, and contract administration.
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure projects are completed within budget.
  • Track project progress and report on financial performance.
  • Conduct post-project reviews and report on lessons learned.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar.
  • Proven experience in a QS role, ideally within the cabling, electrical, or telecommunications sector.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in QS software and MS Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
