Freelance Quantity Surveyor - West London / WFH
Our client, a medium sized & growing contractor are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to work on civil engineering projects within Rail. This is a freelance outside IR35 opportunity.
Location:
West London / WFH (2 days office, 3 days home) first 6 months then 1 day office thereafter.
Day rate:
£300-£400 per day (Outside IR35)
The role:
The successful Quantity Surveyor will work on civil engineering projects within Rail.
Requirements:
- NEC forms of contract knowledge beneficial
- Quantity Surveying experience
- Measurement experience advantageous
- Savvy, driven individual
- Ideally civil engineering or Rail experience
