Flux Consulting have partnered witha leading consultancy based in London. They offer a wide range of services across various sectors, and have experienced consistent growth across all eight of their offices.

Due to this continued expansion, we areseeking a degree-qualified Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their new, butgrowing team.

You will be involved in a variety of projects across various sectors, including residential and commercial, delivering high-quality cost management services. Working closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, you will take responsibility for cost planning, tender management, valuations, and final accounts across theirLondon-based projects.

The ideal applicant will possess the following skills and experiences;

  • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience in a variety of sectors, primarilyresidential and commercial.
  • Strong knowledge of cost management, contract administration, and procurement
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ambition to work towards chartership (APC support provided)
