Key Responsibilities:

Assist with cost management and budgeting
Prepare and review tender and contract documents
Support the team with valuations, variations, and final accounts
Conduct on-site measurements and manage subcontractor packages

Liaise with the Quantity Surveyor, Senior QS, and Managing QS
Ensure compliance with contract terms and client requirements
