• 1,200-unitregeneration inLewisham,
• RegenerationoftheGreenwichPeninsula.
• FitoutofsuperprimeresidencesatChelseaBarracksandTheWhiteley & deliveryofprojectslikeCanalettoandChelseaWaterfront.
• Someofthebesthotelsintheworld,includingRafflesOWO,TheFourSeasonsatTenTrinitySquareandTheNed.
• Integratingexistingheritageelementswithnewbuildings,majorstructuralandcivilinterventionsandworld-classfit-out,inschemesliketheHammersmithCivicCampusandWestCromwellRoad.

AsaManagingQuantitySurveyor,you'lloverseethecommercialmanagementofhigh-profileconstructionprojects.Leadteams,ensurefinancialtargetsaremet,andupholdbestpracticesincostcontrol,contractmanagement,anddisputeresolution.

Yourexpertiseinlarge,complexschemeswillensureprojectsaredeliveredontime, inbudget,andinlinewithcorporateKPIs.

Provenexperienceinmanagingmultipleprojectsvaluec50m+,JCTandD&B,is required.
