Our Client has an exceptional opportunity for a Managing Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to join their outstanding Major Projects team to work at their iconic Old Oak Common development in London.

Upon completion, the new station will boast six underground platforms and up to eight platforms on the adjacent Great Western Main Line. Old Oak Common will also provide highspeed rail services to the Midlands, central London, Scotland, and the North, as well as direct services to three major airports. Incorporating passenger and retail facilities, the new station will provide an exceptional customer experience for both passengers and visitors to the station.

As a Managing Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager, you will be required to undertake all duties within the commercial department and project teams, to ensure successful setup and running of the Old Oak Common Project in compliance with all company standards.

 What you'll be doing 

  • Manage, produce and provide accurate forecasts of project costs to completion and final value
  • Managing monitoring of projected costs
  • Managing cash flow and valuation plan

 Who we're looking for

  • CSCS
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying
  • RICS, ICES or CIOB
  • NEC3 experience
  • Major civils/infrastructure projects experience
