Key Responsibilities
- Support quantity surveying activities on complex MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects
- Assist in cost planning, estimating, and commercial management
- Prepare and review documentation, including bills of quantities and cost reports
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure commercial efficiency and accuracy
- Contribute to tender processes and commercial negotiations
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction cost management
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools
- Background from either consultancy or contractor experience welcome
