Flux Consulting have partnered with a leading independent building consultancy, and we are seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor with MEP experience to join their dynamic team in London.
As an MEP Quantity Surveyor, the duties of your role will include;
- Provide expert cost management and commercial advice on a variety of MEP projects across different sectors.
- Work closely with clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure cost-effective and efficient project delivery.
- Prepare cost estimates, tender documents, and procurement strategies.
- Conduct valuations, cost reporting, and final account settlements.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, maintaining the highest quality standards.
The ideal applicant will possess;
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a building consultancy environment.
- Strong MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) expertise.
- Ideally chartered (MRICS) or working towards chartership (not essential).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, client-focused approach with strong commercial awareness.
