A rare opportunity has arisen to join my client's established London consultancy, working on some of the capital's most significant commercial developments.
Position Overview:
Senior position within a respected construction consultancy
Focus on commercial and mixed-use developments, 100M-500M range
Salary: 65,000 - 85,000 depending on experience
Required Experience:
- MRICS qualified with solid post-chartership experience
- Strong background in commercial developments
- Proven track record in cost management and contract administration
- Experience with both traditional and design & build contracts
- Commercial awareness and client-facing capabilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead cost management on major development projects
- Provide strategic cost advice from inception to completion
- Work directly with clients, architects and project stakeholders
- Support the wider team's professional development
- Contribute to business development initiatives
