Project Administrator - Construction - Park Royal
Our client is a specialist subcontractor that works on high end projects across London. Their product is incredibly niche and they are market leaders in what they do.
We are looking for an experienced Project Administrator to support their project management team in London. You will handle project administration for live projects after initial training, ensuring smooth operation and effective communication between site and office teams.
Job Title: Project Administrator
Location: London (Hybrid - Office & Site)
Salary: 35,000 - 38,000 + Performance Bonus
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend project meetings and liaise between Site Managers and office staff
- Prepare Pre-Construction Paperwork (QM, ITP, RAMS, H&S Plan)
- Manage project submittals and audit site management compliance
- Oversee site services and manage project diaries
- Maintain accreditation compliance and update training records
- Produce O&M Manuals and assist with ISO 9001 audits
- Create new commercial documents and processes
Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years in site administration and construction
- Experience with project coordination and supporting site/project managers
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and project management tools (Procore, Conject, ACONEX)
- Knowledge of ISO procedures and construction industry standards
- Strong communication and customer service skills
