We are seeking a Project Management Surveyor in London working with a leading housing on their Safer Buildings projects. The successful candidate will manage and control the Intrusive Inspection Programme in line with PAS9980, coordinating with consultants and contractors to ensure the programme is effectively managed, KPIs are met, and all works are completed on time, within budget, and to the agreed standard.



Day-to-day of the role:

  • Oversee the Intrusive Inspection Programme, ensuring compliance with PAS9980.
  • Manage relationships with consultants and contractors to deliver the programme effectively.
  • Ensure strong coordination across the organisation and communicate with all stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and residents.
  • Coordinate all elements of the intrusive programme to ensure successful delivery of inspections.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of the programme, including KPIs and budget management.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree qualified in a related field; APM (PMQ) qualification is desirable.
  • At least five years of proven track record delivering complex multi-tenure schemes or remedial works on time and budget.
  • Membership or working towards membership of a professional body, such as RICS, MCIOB, APM.
  • Experienced as a site supervisor, site manager, or project manager with a history of leading multiple teams.
  • Strong working knowledge of statutory and regulatory obligations relating to the delivery of servicing programmes of work.
  • Extensive knowledge of CDM, Asbestos awareness, Fire risk assessment, and all other regulations relating to the delivery of planned programmes of work.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business purposes, with availability to travel to other locations regularly.
