Project / Senior QS required ASAP for Tier One main contractor on major resi project in West London

My client has a requirement for a Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor on a c.250m new build residential project in West London.

They're looking for a QS with main contractor and / or residential developer background, with experience of commercially managing internals packages, specifically drylining, bathroom pods as well as other ancillary packages - total value c.20m.

The main cut and thrust of the role will be package management, with some procurement involvement.

The project has some two years to run, so there's good contract duration on a freelance basis, with the opportunity for temp-to-perm or perm.
