We are representing a leading main contractor seeking a dynamic and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a prestigious team specialising in prime residential refurbishments.

The Quantity Surveyor will be joining:

The Quantity Surveyor will be assist / responsible for:

  • Cost Management: Monitor project budgets, analyse cost variations, and implement effective cost control measures.
  • Contract Administration: Oversee contract negotiations, documentation, and compliance to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project success.
  • Procurement: Manage the procurement process, negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve cost-effective solutions.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.

Experience: Mimmium 4years experience as a Quantity Surveyor with an understanding of the prime residential sectors.

  • Qualifications: Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex project challenges.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in cost estimation and financial reporting.
