We are currently assisting reputable regional main contractor in their search for a Project Quantity Surveyor on an education scheme in Surrey.
Our client specialise in education, health care, residential, commercial, retail & leisure schemes up to 100million+.
Job role: Project Quantity Surveyor
Salary: 65,000 - 75,000 + package (DOE)
Duration: Permanent
Location: Surrey/Greater London
Project Quantity Surveyor responsibilities:
- Prepare tender and contract documents
- Estimate material quantities, costs, labour, etc
- Undertake cost analysis
- Arrange payments and value completed works
Project Quantity Surveyor Knowledge and skills:
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working for a Subcontractor
- Ability to work under pressure ans use own initiative
- Proven experience in a Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Management role
- Knowledge of construction and commercial awareness
