Project Quantity Surveyor

Location: Central London - near Farringdon Station

Are you ready to elevate your career in the world of luxury construction? A collaborative and forward-thinking boutique consultancy, specialising in super-prime residential projects, is seeking a talented Project Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding London team.

The Project Quantity Surveyor Role

As Project Quantity Surveyor, you'll work on some of the most exclusive high-end residential projects in London and the Home Counties, with budgets ranging from 500k to 30m. This role offers the opportunity to deliver a full spectrum of pre and post-contract cost management services, as well as some contract administration.

You'll have the chance to collaborate with prestigious clients and trusts, working on bespoke, luxury developments that are both rewarding and career-defining. Based out of the central London office three days a week, with flexibility to work from home or site for the remainder, this is a rare chance to gain exposure to some of the most iconic properties in the capital.

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will ideally have:

  • A RICS Accredited degree qualification
  • MRICS is highly desirable but not a must
  • Private Residential project experience
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy
  • Strong Pre and Post Contract experience
