The Project Quantity Surveyor Role
This is a unique opportunity to join a consultancy celebrated for its modern approach, collaborative culture, and flat management structure. You'll work across a diverse portfolio of sectors, including Residential, Student Accommodation, Later Living, Life Sciences, Data Centres, Offices, Education, Hotels, Retail, Leisure, and Industrial projects.
With project values reaching up to 200m, you'll be involved in every stage, from inception to completion, gaining invaluable exposure and working closely with high-profile clients. The role offers a fantastic opportunity for career growth, with direct engagement with Partners and Directors, and a clear pathway to advancement in a supportive and transparent environment.

The Project Quantity Surveyor
- Holds a RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- MRICS or currently working towards
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy / PQS firm
- Skilled in managing both pre- and post-contract services.
- Proven experience leading projects from start to finish.
- Exposure to one or more of the sectors mentioned above is advantageous.
