An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join a major residential development in the heart of Kensington & Chelsea. This £200M mixed-tenure project comprises both private and affordable housing, being delivered directly above and around an operational Retail unit - offering a truly unique and challenging construction environment.
This is a key hire and the successful candidate will play a critical role in the commercial delivery of the project.
What You'll Be Doing:-
Managing the commercial aspects of the project from procurement through to final accounts

Working closely with the project team to ensure commercial success

Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

Cost reporting and contract administration in line with project requirements

Proven experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor on residential developments (ideally £200M+)

Experience working on complex, mixed-use builds - experience over live retail environments a plus

Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and understanding of different procurement routes

Relevant degree (e.g., Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management) or equivalent experience
- Main Contractor experience essential

Up to £80,000 base salary (depending on experience)

£4,000 travel allowance
- 4 days o site with 1 day remote working
