The Role:
As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for overseeing a new hotel development in Kensington. This high-profile project has a 3-year timeline and requires an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage the financial aspects, from cost estimation and budgeting to procurement and final accounts. You will play a key role in ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of cost control for the project, including preparing valuations, payment applications, and cost reporting.
  • Procure subcontractors and suppliers, negotiating terms and ensuring value for money.
  • Oversee contractual documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
