Project Quantity Surveyor - Tier 1
My client is a leading main contractor specialising inlarge-scale phased regeneration schemes and building homes, offices, educational, healthcare, and leisure facilities.
They currently have an exciting large-scale hotel project in South West London and are seeking a no2. Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
The role will involve demolition work to reconfigure layout, adding 8 new guest rooms, a new rooftop extension and bar, and the refurbishment of 800+ rooms. There will also be a new lesiure facility in the basement (sauna, spa, pool). and the re-modelling of new public areas.
The project value is in excess of 170m and due to last c.3 years.
My client is seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor who has experience on similar scale projects from 50m+.
The role will initially focus heavily on the early stages of procurement: going out to market, negotiation, contractor package management - my client is especially interested in Project Quantity Surveyorswho have managed high-risk packages.
