The Project Quantity Surveyor Role

You'll work across a diverse portfolio of sectors, including Residential, Student Accommodation, Later Living, Life Sciences, Data Centres, Offices, Education, Hotels, Retail, Leisure, and Industrial projects.
With project values reaching up to £200m, you'll be involved in every stage, from inception to completion, gaining invaluable exposure and working closely with high-profile clients. The Project Quantity Surveyor
- Holds a RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- MRICS or currently working towards
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy / PQS firm
- Skilled in managing both pre- and post-contract services.
- Proven experience leading projects from start to finish.
- Exposure to one or more of the sectors mentioned above is advantageous.
