The Role: Project Quantity SurveyorAs a Project Quantity Surveyor, you'll join a vibrant London office of 86 professionals, located just a short 10-minute walk from Farringdon Station or 5 minutes from Barbican.

Enjoying a flexible hybrid working model, you'll take the lead on a variety of exciting projects across the Residential, Commercial, Workplace/Office, Health & Life Sciences, and Education sectors, with typical project values of up to £20m. Additionally, you'll support Directors on larger, more complex schemes, giving you exposure to some of the industry's most exciting projects.

This role is perfect for a driven Project Quantity Surveyor eager to grow their career, deliver outstanding results, and play a key role in the continued success of the business.

About YouTo succeed in this role, you'll ideally have:

  • MRICS ideally (or working towards it).
  • A RICS-accredited degree qualification (ideally in Quantity Surveying).
  • Proven experience delivering construction projects.
  • Pre- and post-contract knowledge.
  • Experience in health, commercial, or education sectors (advantageous).
  • A proactive, team-focused mindset.
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK cost consultancy or PQS firm.
