The Project Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will join a highly skilled Commercial team of 35 professionals, working on some of the most monumental projects in Central London. From towering skyscrapers and major commercial buildings to Cat A & B refurbishments, large-scale repurposing projects, and high-spec office developments, this is an opportunity to work on truly career-defining schemes.
These projects move fast, requiring a sharp, proactive mindset and a passion for delivering complex, high-value developments. The consultancy continues to secure major commercial projects, with no signs of slowing down. The Project Quantity Surveyor
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A RICS-accredited degree (BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying preferred)
- MRICS qualification (or working towards)
- Strong experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a UK construction consultancy
- Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion (pre & post contract)
- Significant experience in commercial sector projects (skyscrapers, office developments, refurbishments, or repurposing projects highly desirable)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
