Location:Central London
Remuneration:65,000 Per Annum + Hybrid Working

We are searching on behalf of our client, an International Tier 1 contractor for an Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Central London with occasional travel to Kent.

You will be working on a Major Rail Project in Central London, with the focus in this case being on the infrastructure side of the framework. In this role, you will:

  • Managing a variety of commercial packages.
  • Prepare and agree variation accounts, monitor costs, and track progress against plans.
  • Contribute to change control procedures and manage contractual issues.
  • Prepare valuations, final accounts, and handle subcontractor payments.
  • Provide expert contractual advice and ensure legal compliance.
  • Identify and manage commercial risks.

To be successful, you will have:

  • A Quantity Surveying degree or similar qualification.
  • Membership of a relevant professional body (CICES, RICS, etc.).
  • Proven experience delivering positive commercial outcomes on major projects.
  • Excellent communication.
  • A methodical and detail-oriented approach.
