The Company
Our client is a boutique contractor specialising in London's ultra-prime residential refurbishments. Think marble staircases, gold taps, and clients who call their dogs Sir. With 15+ years of success and an all-time best pipeline of work, they're now after a sharp Project QS to join their team.
The Role
You'll be stepping into a Project QS role with a clear path to Managing Surveyor - no mysterious we'll see how it goes here. Ideally, you've cut your teeth in high-end resi, but if you've been elbows-deep in basements, structural works or fit-outs, we won't hold that against you.
What We're After
5+ years post-grad QS experience
Loyalty - more than a coffee's length at your last firm
Experience with high-spec refurb/fit-out projects
Key Duties
Tendering, procurement, contract wrangling, CVRs, cost forecasting, subbie management - all the usual QS wizardry.
