Are you an experienced Project Surveyor looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in procurement, specifically within internal finishes packages such as screeding, flooring, and tiling.
About the Role:
- Managing procurement processes for internal finishes packages
- Cost management and reporting
- Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensuring budgets and timelines are met
- Immediate start available
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Project Surveyor
- Strong procurement expertise, particularly in internal finishes
- Residential or major construction project experience preferred
- At least 3-5 years site experienceÂ
- Ability to start immediately
