The Job:Currentlyseeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor and Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team, overseeing structural/cut & carve projects in the heart ofLondon.
Project:
- The 15m project is for anexisting commercial office building to havea new floor added on top, expand the basement, remove the facade and replace it with a new stone and brick external. Complete new M&E to be fitted and finishedto CAT A.
- As the Senior QS you'd be overseeing the successful devlivery of the project, with a QS working below you.
- As the Quantity Surveyor you'd be assistng the Senior QS whilst being given responsibility for large areas to manage yourself.
