  • Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor
  • Enabling works, cut & carve, civils up to 50m
  • Projects across central London

2024 has been strong with a number of new projects underway, set to continue into next year and beyond.

This growth means they need to strengthen their commercial team. You'll take on one major or two or three smaller projects, reporting into the Group Commercial Director. The majority of your time will be spent across the sites you're responsible for, with maybe a day or two a week in the head office in central London.

Experience within enabling/demolition, although not essential, would be a real plus. UK experience is a must though. In addition, experience working for a specialist civilengineering contractorwould be good, as well as a track record running more than one project at a time.

The last few years have been tough for the UK construction industry, and sometimes it's easy to get caught up in the gloom and worry of some of the recent high profile insolvencies. HOWEVER, there are contractors out there in a brilliant, stable financial position taking on profitable projects with a healthy pipeline.

This contractor is certainly one of these.
