Our Client:
A well established, boutique residential developer based in London Bridge, specialising in high-end residential apartments. Projects range from 8-15 units of RC frame new builds to refurbishment projects. They typically carry out 2-3 projects at any given time, all of which are rented out upon completion. They are a small, dynamic team with big plans for growth, and are now looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor to join them on this journey.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Intermediate/Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be working closely with our Construction Director and will be responsible for:
- Conducting take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BoQs), measures, and re-measures
- Subcontract procurement and materials procurement
- Managing variations and cost control
- Working as part of a small, collaborative team
- Reporting directly to the Construction Director
Requirements:
- A minimum of two years of post-qualification experience in the build sector
- Experience in high-end residential projects is a definite advantage
- Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying duties and responsibilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work
