Description
- Oversee the financial aspects of construction projects
- Conduct cost analysis and set budgets
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with construction regulations
- Manage contractual agreements
- Evaluate completed work and arrange payments
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and maintain professional knowledge
Profile
A successful Quantity Surveyor - Chartered should have:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
- Strong understanding of construction, property and the associated financials
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in relevant software applications
