Remuneration: £55,000 - £70,000 + profit share bonus

The role of the Quantity Surveyor - Commercial Washrooms will involve:
- Quantity Surveyor position dealing with the installation of a range of luxury commercial washroom solutions including: WC cubicles, shower cubicles, panelling systems, basins, vanity units, mirrors, lockers, benches & various washroom accessories
- Dealing with main contractors and sub-contractors
- Reviewing and interpreting scope of works to gain a full understanding of projects
- Keeping track of monthly application figures and ensuring relevant departments are aware of potential budget or financial constraints
- Managing legal and contractual relations associated with projects to ensure that our client is protected during pre and post contract stage
- Liaising with sales, estimating, design and contracts team on a regular basis
- Pricing variations and changes in line with subcontractor parameters
- Build, manage & maintain relationships with clients, contractors, other construction professionals, suppliers, and site staff
- Working on projects ranging in value from £50,000 - £3,500,000
The ideal applicant will be a Quantity Surveyor - Commercial Washrooms with:
- Must have Quantity Surveying experience in the washrooms or relatable market sector such as joinery or fit out
- Experienced in JCT Contracts and contracts amendments
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Commercially astute
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
- Must be highly organised and possess the ability to work well when under pressure
- A team player, outgoing, friendly, flexible, enthusiastic and ambitious
