About the Role:
4Site are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a client-side consultancy, working closely with prestigious clients on luxurious and bespoke properties, overseeing all financial aspects to ensure the delivery of exceptional quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project budgets and provide accurate cost advice to clients.
  • Conduct cost planning, value engineering, and cost control throughout all project stages.
  • Prepare and review tender documents, contracts, and procurement strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Administer contracts, assess variations, and manage final accounts.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to financial parameters.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with exposure to high-end residential or luxury projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts (e.g., JCT).
  • Exceptional client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
  • High level of commercial acumen and attention to detail.
  • Professional qualifications (e.g., MRICS or working towards chartership) are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including cost management systems.
