About the Company:

Current turnover is around £50million per annum. Project or package values range from £1m to £20 million. Head office is based in Central London, but projects are predominately with the M25 from. Don’t panic though, people are allocated to projects based on their locations. They’re specialists in all aspects Dry Lining, SFS, and Screeding to multiple industry sectors but mainly focussing on London’s major Residential and Commercial schemes working for some of the industry’s largest construction organisations including Mace, Sir Robert McAlpine and Lendlease. Established for 40 years, this company have managed to maintain a family feel environment, with regular team bonding and social events.

Requirements:

Just like every business this contractor does look for a certain type of person. You’ll need proven 2-3years (minimum) QS experience preferably within a sub-contract environment. Relevant Degree or HNC Qualifications is essential.

You’ll need to be a team player that can plan, control and execute works to complete projects on time, in a safe way and to budget. So, all in all, you need to be a specialist that is confident, capable and committed. Sound like you?
