Drywall Quantity Surveyor - Reputable Interiors Contractor - �70,000
Company:
Currently a reputable client of ours is seeking a quantity surveyor who ideally has had previous experience working in the drylining/ceiling/partitions market. This company regularly work on contracts ranging from �50k - �5m and specialise in such services as; drylining, plastering, ceilings, & partitions.
They have excellent clients on board who are some of the biggest names in the fit out sector. This has allowed them to work on some of the most prestigious projects that are popping up all over Central London and are currently building the most; professional, skilled, and driven team in order to ensure excellent high quality finishes for each package.
Role:
For this position they are looking for a quantity surveyor who will be one of the main point of contact for the commercial side of the business in the East London office. In this role you will be managing all surveyors below this level within the business and will be reporting into the commercial director.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction sector is essential.
- Previous experience in the drylining/ceiling/partitions market is essential.
- A construction degree or HNC is preferred but not essential.
- Can demonstrate a flexible and positive approach
- computer literacy and the enthusiasm to develop this important role are required.
Salary:
They are offering an attractive salary of up to �70k along with a great benefits package which will depend on previous experience and qualifications.
