This multidisciplinary consultancy seeks to hire a Chartered Quantity Surveyor at Senior or Associate level to join their team. The company is widely recognised as a leader in the industry and boasts a roster of over 100 Chartered Surveyors who deliver a diverse range of services to their clients. As a member of the cost consultancy team, the successful candidate will be involved in both pre and post contract work, which includes tasks such as feasibility studies, tender reporting, final account agreements, and cost planning. The projects primarily focus on the commercial, high-end residential, industrial, and retail sectors, with project values reaching up to £50m. Meeting a fee target will also be part of the responsibilities.
The ideal candidate for this role should be MRICS qualified and possess relevant experience within a consultancy setting. Additionally, strong interpersonal skills are crucial, as the role requires direct interaction with clients, establishing and maintaining key relationships throughout ongoing projects.
In return, the company offers a highly competitive package, with base salaries ranging from £65k for Senior level and up to £85k for Associates, dependent on experience. There is also a bonus potential of up to 20%, tied to the achievement of fee targets. Furthermore, the package includes 25 days of annual leave, in addition to bank holidays, along with benefits such as a car allowance, private healthcare, life assurance, iPhone, laptop, and more.
